Enabling fast and secure Copilot deployment
A major food production company partnered with Varonis to roll out Microsoft Copilot across all business units. They needed to boost AI-driven productivity while maintaining strict data security.
During the organization’s initial eight-user pilot, the team identified a concerning level of sensitive data exposure, particularly given the small pilot size. A Varonis risk assessment revealed the culprits: widespread SharePoint access and a complex classification taxonomy spanning 50 data types.
