Aaron is responsible for all technical pre-sales, ensuring business goals are achieved after product acquisition, and expansion within our customers to drive further platform investment. He joined the Varonis in early 2011 as a Sales Engineer and held numerous leadership roles including most recently, VP of North America Sales Engineering. Prior to joining Varonis, he ran pre and post-sales for a top Security integrator where he was responsible for leader efforts related to DLP, SIEM, IPAM, and perimeter defense technology. He began his career as a systems consulting where he worked across many verticals for organizations such as Sunovion, MIT Lincoln Laboratory (FFRDC), and Akamai. He holds a bachelor in Business from Northeastern University with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Stephen has worked in the IT industry since 2000, and in the security industry for more than a decade. Based out of the Twin Cities, Stephen has spent time at some of the largest organizations including Target, U.S. Bank, Honeywell, and United Health Group. In his current role at Varonis, Stephen works with customers to help them defend their data against attackers.

Matt Radolec, Senior Director, Incident Response and Cloud Operations at Varonis, leads a global team of security and cloud experts. His teams help organizations adopt a data-centric approach by securing data from the inside out.

The Varonis Incident Response Team, created and led by Radolec, routinely aids Varonis clients in thwarting insider threats and cyberattacks, including notable and publicized breaches initiated by Blackcat, Darkside, REvil, Trickbot, and many others. Radolec has more than a decade of hands-on cybersecurity experience. Before joining Varonis, he worked as the Cyber Threat Program Manager at WilmerHale and as the Cybersecurity Technical Lead at SRA International.

His presentation at the RSA Conference USA 2022, “Pain in the Apps ― Three Attack Scenarios Attackers Are Using to PWN SaaS,” received a “Top-Rated” designation from the conference, ranking in the top 10 percent of all presentations.
