Mr. Faitelson is responsible for leading the management, strategic direction and execution of the Varonis vision. Under his leadership, the company has established a worldwide installed base and forged a leading position in the data governance market. Prior to Varonis, Mr. Faitelson held key leadership positions in the global professional services, product development and systems integration divisions of NetVision and Network Appliance.
Mr. Korkus is responsible for all aspects of product research, design, development and quality assurance. Under his leadership, the company has assembled a world-class research and development organization with deep experience spanning storage, networking and security. Prior to Varonis, Mr. Korkus was responsible for the architecture, design and development of global data management and networking infrastructure with NetVision and Network Appliance.
Ms. Iohan is responsible for finance and back office operations at Varonis. Prior to Varonis, she was a partner at NextAge LTD for six years, a firm specializing in providing customized budgeting and controllership environments, strategic business planning and structuring, financial and accounting issue resolution for businesses of all sizes. While at NextAge LTD, Ms. Iohan served as a Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Financial Consultant for several companies, including Varonis. Prior to her tenure at NextAge LTD, Ms. Iohan served as a Senior Financial Manager at M-Systems, and held a position at KPMG. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and MBA in Economics and Accounting from Tel-Aviv University.
Mr. O'Boyle is responsible for developing and growing the Varonis business through high performance sales teams and strategic channel partnerships in worldwide markets. Prior to joining Varonis, Mr. O'Boyle held leadership roles at Neoteris/Netscreen (acquired by Juniper), BlueCoat Systems and Wellfleet/Bay Networks (acquired by Nortel). He holds a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Scranton.
Dr. Goldberger is a leading researcher in the areas of machine learning and information theory. Dr. Goldberger contributes his vast experience in the research of statistical pattern recognition technologies to the development of Varonis data analysis systems. Dr. Goldberger holds a lecturer position at the School of Engineering, Bar-Ilan University in Israel and he is the author of numerous research papers. Dr. Goldberger received M.Sc. in mathematics and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and was a visiting researcher at University of Toronto, INRIA Grenoble and the Weizmann institute.
