Technical Support Engineer (Tier 3)

Job Description:

  • Support the company's products on customers systems remotely.
  • Assist field sales persons and partners with products related problems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration and upgrade of the products.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues related to the customer's environment - Active directory, file servers (Windows / Linux), Exchange, SharePoint, storage systems, etc.

Junior Technical Writer

Job Description:

The Technical Publications team is responsible for the core documentation package provided with Varonis products, as well as other technical documents requested on an ad hoc basis. The team works exclusively in DITA and does not use Word or FrameMaker at all. We will happily train new employees; however, please apply only if you are comfortable working in an XML-based technical environment.

Morning hours are preferred. Those unavailable from 9:00-1:00 PM need not apply.

Professional Services Engineer

Job Description:

As Professional Services Engineer the employee will be required to have a deep understanding of the software packages and customer environments. They will also need to meet with customers to provide Installations, Training and Support on a per project basis.

They will be trained in Varonis software and systems and how it interfaces with the customer's environment. They will be responsible for seeing each engagement through from start to finish. Engagements will be located around North America so travel is expected.

Tasks:

CRM Administrator

Job Description:

The CRM Administrator is responsible for global maintenance of the CRM system. This role is also responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management; forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity. This role will be troubleshooting daily requests/issues of the system along with training end users globally on all sales processes.
